These 14k Yellow Gold 2mm High Polished Large Endless Hoop Earrings were exactly what I was looking for. They are exactly as described. They are 1 and 3/4 inches in diameter and 2mm in thickness and very high polished. They are stamped "14k" on the post rather than on the earring hoop itself. These are just the right diameter and thickness...not too quiet and demure but not too loud and gaudy either. I've heard complaints that this earring is not durable. I think, like any endless earring, you would have to take care as to how you put them on and take them off. In order to put the "endless" earring on, you would have to pull the post out of the earring tubing, while ever so slightly, twisting the earring hoop or tubing to slide the post into your ear piercing, and then back into the tubing itself. So, you would have to be really careful not to "over twist" the earring tubing whilst putting them on. That's just how it is with any brand of the "endless" earring. If this is your first endless earring, it will take some getting used to. I prefer the "endless" hoops because this type of earring has a closure that "cleanly" finishes off the earring. There are no ugly frontal hinges to be had. If you're looking for a classic hoop earring that is crafted in 14k yellow gold and is fashioned with clean lines and a polished finish, then this is the earring for you.
